On The Grid Print Club - Subscription Terms

These are the terms for On The Grid Print Club, run by Izzy Davis trading as IzzyDavisArt. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. I've tried to keep them as clear and straightforward as possible!

WHAT IS ON THE GRID PRINT CLUB?

On The Grid Print Club is a monthly art subscription. Each month I paint an original piece inspired by that month's motorsport race calendar, and subscribers receive a high-quality A5 print delivered to their door. Prints are dispatched during the second week of each month.

PRICING AND BILLING

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you first subscribed. The price you see at checkout is the price you'll be charged each month. Prices are displayed in GBP - if you're ordering from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will convert this at their current exchange rate.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. I never see or store your full card details.

SIGN-UP DEADLINE

To receive that month's print, you need to subscribe by the 4th of the month. If you subscribe after the 4th, your first print will be the following month's edition.

CANCELLATION AND PAUSING

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your subscription portal - no questions asked. Your cancellation takes effect before your next billing date, so you won't be charged again after cancelling.

Please note that if you cancel after your monthly billing date, that month's charge has already been processed and the print will still be dispatched to you.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you first subscribe. If you cancel within this period before your first print has been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund. Once your first print has been dispatched, the right to cancel under this provision no longer applies.

REFUNDS

Because each print is produced and dispatched specifically for you, I am generally unable to offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. However, I always want you to be happy - if something has gone wrong, please get in touch at hello@izzydavisart.com and I'll do my best to help.

DAMAGED OR LOST PRINTS

If your print arrives damaged, please email me at hello@izzydavisart.com with your name, address, and a photo of the damage and I'll send a replacement straight away.

If your print hasn't arrived, please allow up to 14 business days for UK delivery and up to 30 business days for international delivery before getting in touch. If it still hasn't arrived after this time, drop me an email and I'll look into it.

Please note that as prints are sent with Royal Mail standard post without tracking, I'm unable to track individual shipments once dispatched.

SHIPPING

I currently ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. If your country isn't listed, drop me an email and I'll see what I can do.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These are your responsibility to pay and are outside my control.

CHANGES TO THE SUBSCRIPTION

If I ever need to change the price or terms of the subscription, I'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any changes take effect. You'll always have the option to cancel if you're not happy with any changes.
