Return Policy
All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so I'm unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Processing Time
Prints are made to order and may take up to 7-10 business days to print and ship.
UK Shipping
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
International Shipping
Please allow up to 21 days for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@izzydavisart.com with your order number and photos. I'm happy to help!
Secure Payment
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, fully PCI compliant with HTTPS encryption.
Print Sizes
All print sizes are listed on each product page.
Package Not Arrived (Tracked)
If tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office with your tracking number.
Privacy Policy
Your data is only used for order fulfilment and internal marketing purposes. It will never be sold to third parties.
Print Club FAQs
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the same day of each month you initially subscribed. Check your account in your subscription portal.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime through your subscription portal, no questions asked. Your cancellation takes effect before your next billing date.
Can I update my shipping address / email / billing?
Yes, log into your subscription portal at any time at any time to update your address, billing info or any other account details.
Is there tracking?
The print club is mailed with stamps to keep your membership cost as low as possible! So, unfortunately, there is no tracking on print club orders.
Sign-up period
The sign up period ends on the first of each month. (e.g. If you sign up before May 1st, you will recieve the May print as your first. If you sign up on May 2nd you will recieve the June print as your first).
My print hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Please allow up to 14 business days for UK delivery. If it still hasn't arrived, drop me an email with your name, address and which edition you're expecting.
My item arrived damaged, what now?
So sorry! Email me hello@izzydavisart.com with your name and a photo of the damage and I'll make it right.
