Hi! I'm Izzy, the artist behind IzzyDavisArt. I take your privacy seriously and want to be completely transparent about how I handle your personal information. This policy explains what data I collect, why I collect it, and what I do with it.

What information I collect

When you place an order or sign up to On The Grid Print Club, I collect the following information:

     
  • Your name and shipping address

  • Your email address
    •  
  • Your payment information (processed securely by Shopify - I never see or store your full card details)
    •  
  • Your order history and subscription details

When you visit my website, Shopify may automatically collect certain technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard Shopify behaviour and is covered by Shopify's own privacy policy.

Why I collect it and how I use it

I only use your information for the following purposes:

     
  • To fulfil your orders - I need your name and address to send your prints to you.

  • To manage your subscription - including billing, pausing, and cancellations.
    •  
  • To contact you about your order - for example if there's a delay or an issue with your delivery.
    •  
  • To send you order confirmation and subscription emails - these are transactional emails sent via Shopify.

I do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent, and I do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Who I share your information with

I only share your data where it's necessary to fulfil your order:

     
  • Shopify - my e-commerce platform, which stores and processes order and customer data on my behalf.

  • Royal Mail / postal carriers - your name and address are included on the shipping label.
    •  
  • Seal Subscriptions - the platform I use to manage Print Club subscriptions.

I do not share your information with any other third parties.

How long I keep your information

I retain your order and personal data for up to 6 years in line with UK tax and business record-keeping requirements. If you'd like your data deleted before this period, please get in touch and I'll do what I can within legal constraints.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

     
  • Access the personal data I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct any inaccurate data
    •  
  • Ask me to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

  • Object to how I'm using your data

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

My website uses cookies as part of the standard Shopify platform. These are used to keep your shopping cart working and to provide a functional browsing experience. I do not use any additional tracking or analytics cookies.

If I make any significant changes to this privacy policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page. For major changes, I'll let you know by email.
